TAMAYOURT Tamayourt means starry night, the deep Atlas sky where the Milky Way lights up sleeping villages. The rug blends deep blue with luminous accents, like stars shimmering in the darkness.

In Amazigh art, dots and diamonds symbolize guidance and cosmic memory. Each motif is a protective star, each line a constellation linking earth to sky.

Tamayourt means starry night, when the Atlas sky reveals its constellations in luminous contrast. This rug features a deep indigo wool base illuminated by Amazigh symbols and diamond motifs woven in warm golden ochre, echoing stars scattered across the dark sky. The medium pile provides softness and presence, making it ideal for bedrooms, reading corners, or spaces of contemplation. Each rug is handwoven and one-of-a-kind, crafted under fair-trade conditions, embodying slow design and the timeless beauty of Moroccan heritage

Material & Care

Your rug is made of natural local wool, and Handwoven in the Atlas Mountains.

Vacuum regularly on low power without the rotating brush.

If a thread comes loose: do not pull it! Gently trim it with scissors.

Accidental stain? Blot immediately with a damp cloth—do not rub.
