Cancellation Policy

• Pre-orders:
  You may cancel a pre-order within 48 hours after confirmation and receive a full refund.

• Standard orders:
  Cancellation is possible before the rug is shipped.
  Once the rug has been shipped, our Return & Refund Policy applies.

• Custom rugs:
  Cancellation is only possible within 24 hours after order confirmation.
  Once weaving has started, no cancellation or refund is possible.
